By accessing or using the website https://www.benficaresidentialacademy.com/ (the "Site") or registering for any program offered by Benfica Residential Academy® ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in our programs. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

By submitting an application or registration for any program, you confirm that:

• The student-athlete meets the age and eligibility requirements for the program selected.
• The person submitting the application or registration is the student-athlete's parent or legal guardian, or is at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Benfica Residential Academy® offers a range of programs including full-time residential enrollment, short-term immersive experiences, elite camps, and soccer clinics. Each program has its own registration requirements, fees, and terms, which are communicated at the time of registration or during the admissions process.

Submission of an application or registration form does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment. Benfica Residential Academy® reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.

Program fees vary by program and are communicated at the time of registration or during the admissions process. All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule provided at enrollment.

Refund and cancellation terms are program-specific and will be communicated at the time of registration. Refunds for the full-time Residential Academy program are governed by the enrollment agreement signed at the time of acceptance. For all other programs, please contact us for details.

Our programs serve student-athletes who are minors. The following applies to all registrations involving a minor participant:

• A parent or legal guardian must complete all registration and application forms on behalf of minor participants.
• By submitting a registration, the parent or legal guardian consents to their child's participation in all program activities, including training sessions, on-campus residence where applicable, and use of campus facilities.
• Parents and guardians acknowledge that soccer training involves inherent physical activity and agree to ensure their child is physically able to participate.
• Benfica Residential Academy® reserves the right to contact the parent or legal guardian at any time regarding the student-athlete's wellbeing, conduct, or participation.

By registering for any program, the parent or legal guardian agrees to provide accurate and complete medical and allergy information as requested during the registration process. This information is used solely to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the student-athlete during the program.

In the event of a medical emergency where a parent or guardian cannot be reached, Benfica Residential Academy® staff may seek emergency medical assistance on behalf of the participant.

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times while on campus and in connection with any Benfica Residential Academy® program. Benfica Residential Academy® reserves the right to remove any participant from a program for conduct that is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous to others, or that violates Saint Leo University campus policies.

By registering for any program, the parent or legal guardian grants Benfica Residential Academy® permission to photograph and record the student-athlete during training sessions, events, and campus activities. These materials may be used for promotional and educational purposes across the website, social media, and printed materials.

If you do not consent to this use, please notify us in writing at info@benficaresidentialacademy.com prior to the start of the program.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and software, is the property of Benfica Residential Academy® or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

The Benfica name, eagle crest, and related marks are trademarks of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and are used under license. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The Site and all content, programs, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Benfica Residential Academy® makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or any program, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Benfica Residential Academy® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any program. Participation in soccer training involves inherent physical risks. By enrolling, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Benfica Residential Academy® has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in any program shall be handled in accordance with applicable Florida law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site or participation in any program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
